Dosage and use of hemp oil with CBD

5 drops - once a day
take at least 30 minutes before a meal
to ingest under the tongue: wait 60 seconds, then swallow. You can add it to any fresh fruit or vegetable juice.

CBD oil does not replace a balanced and varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool place away from light.
